Pro includes everything in Free. Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus custom monitor volume and terms. Start free at app.getuptimely.com/accounts/register or reach Enterprise sales at hello@getuptimely.com.

Monitoring, status pages, incidents and on-call in one product — replacing a Pingdom + PagerDuty + Statuspage stack.

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. Start on the Free plan with no card at all. A card is only required when you choose to begin the Pro trial.

How does the free trial work?

The 14-day Pro trial needs a card, and the card on file is charged when the trial ends — unless you cancel first. Pro is USD 29.00/month. Cancel anytime in one click from Billing.

What happens when my trial ends?

You move to the Free plan automatically and your data stays intact. You just can't add resources beyond the Free limits until you upgrade.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep Pro until the end of your current billing period.

What are the exact Free plan limits?

The Free plan includes up to 10 monitors, 1 status page, and up to 3 team members, with 1-minute checks and full incidents, alerts, and on-call features.

What does Pro add over Free?

Pro raises monitors and status pages to unlimited and team members to 25. All monitoring, status page, incident, alert, on-call, maintenance, notification, and telemetry features are available on both plans — Pro is about capacity, not unlocking features.

What happens when I hit a Free plan limit?

When you reach a Free limit, Uptimely shows an upgrade prompt at the point of creation instead of accepting and then rejecting the resource. Your existing monitors, status pages, and data are unaffected; you simply upgrade to Pro to add more.

Can I switch plans in the middle of my trial?

Yes. Uptimely's billing computes your subscription state convergently, so plan changes during the trial are handled without ending the trial early — a real trial-to-paid conversion is the only thing that converts you to an active paid subscription.

Do I keep access if I cancel while paying?

Yes. A cancelled paid subscription keeps Pro access until the end of the current billing period, after which the project returns to the Free plan.

Is the trial offered again if I already used it?

No. A project is eligible for the 14-day trial only until it starts one. Once a trial has been started, that project has consumed its trial eligibility.

Does Uptimely charge per seat, per incident, or per alert?

No. Uptimely's plans are flat: Free is $0 and Pro is USD 29.00/month. There are no per-seat, per-incident, or per-alert charges within a plan's limits.
