Why we do this
Uptimely grows by word of mouth, not ad budgets. When you bring in someone who ends up paying for Uptimely, we'd rather share that revenue with you than spend it on ads. That's the whole program: no tiers, no applications, no fine print beyond the Partner Terms.
How payouts work
Commissions are held up to 120 days to cover refunds and chargebacks; the hold gets shorter as your referrals prove out.
Payouts need a one-time Stripe setup, done when you withdraw. Minimum payout $50.
What counts
Paid subscriptions and renewals count, for 12 months.
Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission.
Your own accounts don't count.
