What is Uptimely
Uptime monitoring, status pages, incident management, and on-call scheduling — in one platform.
Uptimely watches your services from the outside and runs the whole response loop when something breaks: it checks HTTP, TCP, DNS, SSL and other endpoints on a per-minute interval, opens and resolves incidents through a full lifecycle, pages the right person through on-call escalation policies, and keeps customers informed on public or private status pages with email, SMS and webhook subscriber notifications.
The pieces
- Monitors — active probes (website, API, ping, port, DNS, SSL, and more) plus passive heartbeat checks.
- Status pages — branded public or private pages with subscribers, custom domains, and embeddable status badges.
- Incidents & alerts — a real state machine with timelines, public notes, and postmortems, not just a red light.
- On-call — schedules, escalation rules, and email/SMS/voice alerts that keep firing until someone acknowledges.
- Scheduled maintenance — planned windows with subscriber notices.
- Notifications — Slack, Discord, email, SMS, voice call and web push channels, with per-user notification settings.
- REST API & SDK — everything in the dashboard is programmable; official TypeScript SDK on npm.
- Webhooks — Standard-Webhooks-signed events pushed to your systems.
- MCP & AI — a remote MCP server and an in-app copilot, so AI agents can operate Uptimely with your approval.
